1. Building up hemp use:

If you are just starting to use hemp oil, it is good to know that there is a build-up period.
It can take about 14 days for the hemp level to build up in your body.

2. Helyes adagolás:

Ha a felhalmozódási időszak után sem észlel különbséget, javasoljuk, hogy vegyen be napi plusz cseppet.
Ezután vegyen be 1 cseppet reggel és 1 cseppet este.
Ha néhány nap elteltével nem érez különbséget, 1 csepptel növelheti az adagot.

Suppose you are using hemp capsules and you want to build up your dosage, then in this case an extra capsule per day may be too much.
It is best to purchase hemp oil so that instead of taking 1 whole capsule extra, you can use 1 drop of hemp oil instead to achieve the correct dosage.

Whatever your reason is to use one of the other hemp products, such as ease of use or perhaps the taste, if you want to dose precisely, it is wise to choose a product with which you can easily adjust the dosage.
